We are always on the lookout for good advice on nonprofit management and I was happy to find out that Darian Rodriguez Heyman, former Executive Director of the Craigslist Foundation, was doing a book on the topic. The result is “Nonprofit Management 101: A Complete and Practical Guide for Leaders and Professionals” recently released and a must read!
There are lots of books in the non-profit field, but Darian Rodriguez Heyman has succeeded in showcasing expertise from leaders on the ground with practical advice. The depth of the topics are impressive: from Managing Organizations and People to Nonprofit Law and Finance, and fundraising, you should feel informed and empowered as a non profit leader after reading the book.
