Community Newsletter: Collaboration on WiserEarth
![]() |
Issue #3 of our community newsletter focuses on collaborations which are moving WiserEarth closer to its goal of global accessibility: the launch of a novel Parisian community event; translation of WiserEarth into new languages; and the debut of a new search experience to make finding people, groups and events that much easier. |
- Parlez-vous le français?: Meet Tatiana Alem, a member of WiserEarth in Different Languages, who is translating WiserEarth content from English to Portuguese.
- WiserTuesdays: Go Local! Go Live! WiserEarth’s first official face-to-face networking event, WiserTuesdays, launches in the City of Lights on October 6, representing a novel collaboration between WiserEarth Paris, NetSquared and Paris’ La Ruche.
- What are you looking for? In the last week of September, something very useful, but very subtle, will be changing the way you use WiserEarth. We’ve listened to your frustrations about our search feature not giving you the results you want, and our team has been hard at work.
Special thanks to those who have already contacted us with story ideas for upcoming issues. As we go to press, our editorial team is sorting through your messages. So keep those emails coming! Send success stories or article ideas to editors [at] wiserearth.org and include “Newsletter” in the subject line.
